I'll stick to the first 2 and "Fast and Furious" movies.. Pretty sure I fast-forwarded through almost the entire movie.

"If You Ain't Outta Control, You Ain't In Control."

In order to avoid a jail sentence, Sean Boswell heads to Tokyo to live with his military father. In a low-rent section of the city, Shaun gets caught up in the underground world of drift racing.

Let's get one thing clear, you are not going to a Fast and Furious movie for the groundbreaking plot and acting, you go for the cars, the racing, and the babes. Tokyo Drift is basically the same if not a little better than the previous two as far as the racing is concerned. There is the street racing that the series is famous for but also the addition of drift racing, which adds a new bit of spice to the flavor. As I mentioned the acting and the plot are so so at best, not something you will be groaning over but not enough to really drag you in and connect you with the characters. However it is my opinion that the plot here is better than in the second movie.

Lucas Black from Friday night Lights replaces Paul Walker as the main character here, and Bow Wow is along for the ride as the trusty friend/sidekick. A few cameos from other actors and movies are thrown in as well. From beginning to end this movie does hold your interest with the racing, and for that the weak plot and questionable acting can be forgiven. Cars get wrecked, punches get thrown, loud music is played, and the hero has to do what he thinks is right. Bottom line, if you enjoyed the previous two, or even enjoy car racing movies at all you should get some entertainment value out of this one.

Simply take the last two films, throw them in a Japanese setting, and you've got yourself a whole new film. Tokyo Drift follows the exploits of a highschool student that looks like he is in his 30's. He's constantly breaking the traffic laws, but thats alright because he's our he...( read more)ro. It involves the same crime revelations as the first two. The car scenes are well executed, but I'm sure there is better out there. Only really worth it for fans that want to see the late show of a fan favourite.

Eh, skidding around a corner only does you good when you're racing down a curvy road. They're useless in drag racing, NASCAR and about 99.9 percent of every other form of automobile racing. C'mon Japan, come up with something interesting. A movie about a car that can hang around ...( read more)a corner well is nothing to brag or be pretentious about.

Not many people think Tokyo Drift was as good as the ones before it but i think it was brilliant! Lucas York and Bow Wow did a good job of continuing the series on. The action was just as good as all the others and just as fast paced. The actors all did a great job and because th...( read more)ey were all not as famous as the original cast it made the film even better as you saw just what potential they all had to be even better in the future.

It quickly tanks, thanks to a lead character with no goals, focus, appeal or intelligence and a lead actor who's just a little too convincing at playing a dunce. full review

i,m tottally against dragracers and them drag racing on our streets i think that law enforcemt agencies should do something about it before they kill someone or run someone down or cause accidents on our streets and highways and roadways and side streets and in our communitties and neighbborhoods that we the people should try to stop these drag racers before it,s to late
