One of the few that actually deserves the title 'epic'. I saw this on a very large screen during one of its revivals and the long shots showing man dwarfed by nature are stunning.

January 11, 2009(1962 Director: David Lean) One of those films which dare to touch on a rare subject, Arabia. Wonderful performances Peter O'Toole & Omar Shariff (Dr. Zhivago) which are legends and support formula acting training (in my humble opinion-imho)
