    BULLSHIT!!!!! If your gunna make a disaster movie at least make it thrilling and not total BULLSHIT!!!!! God i hate this director he keeps blowing up humanity in the stupidest way. Everyone in the entire fuckin world dies, but of course the main characters can fly past flying sub...( read more)ways, falling scyscrapers, major earthquakes, massive volcanoes, and enormaous tsunamis without even a fuckin scratch! the acting was next to terrible, they had the corniest script ever, and the president is danny glover..... get the fuck outta here! i give it one star for the not so special special effects

    I liked it. Lotta flaws, as all "epic" movies do.
    Wasn't really scary.
    And didn't all really make sense.

    Plot was meh, but overall, worth seeing i'd say.
    Could possibly make the faint of heart paranoid.

    This movie was pretty good, it held me in suspense a bit, the ending part was better than the rest. I will say Woody Harrelson, was good as far as I am concerned.

Is his comeback worth watching? YOU'...( read more)RE BLOODY RIGHT IT IS! John Cusack stars in the second film based on four numbers (his first being 1408) and he gives a fantastic performance as the writer/dad plunged into the middle of this nightmare and duty to save no only his family but also all of mankind. Firstly the story is good because i'm sure that every father out there would do the same for their family if (god forbid) the fateful day arrived and the world was destroying itself. The real scene stealer of the whole film is the special effects. Now not all CGI is good, take all those bad cgi horrors out there and also Z budget sci-fi creature movies. However when CGI is done good, it's truly awe-inspiring. That's exactly what you get with 2012. to be continued

    Epic movie!!! I think that this was the best movie that John Cusack ever acted in. There was non stop goosebumps. I am truly obsessed with Nostradamus and his prediction.     Day After Tomorrow meets Deep Impact. this was a great end of the world flick, with a clever story line, awesome special effect and great acting. the world as we know it is coming to an end and father john cusack must fight for his family to survive! yeah it was alittle pre...( read more)dictable but the suspence was amazing. sure it had its cheesy lines and the whole father with a poor relationship with his kids reminded me of war of the worlds. i could see similarities between other distaster movies but this one came into its own and left you feeling completely helpeless toward the power of mother nature and the world arounded. unlike the day after tomorrow, this was some where to run, and deep impact the world was saved in the last minute. in 2012 how will you survive?
