STEVE CARELL

Born August 16, 1962, Steve got his start as a correspondent on the TV program "The Daily Show with John Stewart". He then branched out to star in the TV series "The Office". Along side his TV career, Steve has appeared in several popular movies including The 40 Year Old Virgin, Evan Almighty and most recently, starring alongside Anne Hathaway in Get Smart.

Steven John Carell was and raised in Acton, Massachusetts. His parents are Harriet T. Koch and Edwin A. Carell. He has four older siblings. His paternal grandfather was Italian, and Steve's dad was born with the surname "Caroselli" but shortened it to Carell.

Steve is married to Nancy Walls, a Saturday Night Live alumni who also appeared as a correspondent for The Daily Show with John Stewart. They have two children, named Elizabeth Anne (who goes by Annie) and John (whom goes by Johnny).
